Reporting to the VP, Customer Solutions, the Healthcare Strategist plays a critical role in matching healthcare customer challenges with Macadamian’s software and platform solutions. The Healthcare Strategist leads the solution architecture and proposal phase, leveraging expertise within the broader organization. You are recognized as an expert in the digital health space, understanding the complexities of healthcare regulations along with data privacy and security requirements. As a result, you also serve in an advisory and management consulting capacity on strategic accounts. The Healthcare Strategist provides coaching and mentoring on emerging healthcare trends to customers and internal stakeholders and contributes to the successful delivery of customer projects

About you
- Educational background in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in a Solutions Architecture and/or Management Consultant role
- Experienced with professional services and consulting for healthcare companies
- 25% travel expected (post-pandemic)
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, it's challenges and opportunities
- In depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, industry trends, competitors and leading customer solution strategies
- Excellent professional communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes.
- Strong Influencing & Negotiation skills
