Your new role
We are currently seeking a talented Delivery IT Solution Architect to join the team in the Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive Salesforce solutions that align with our strategic business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, advanced CRM solutions, and the ability to lead complex, multi-faceted projects. The IT Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in transforming our CRM capabilities and driving digital innovation across the organization.
- Leading and orchestrating the IT solution ensures compliance with current security and compliance requirements.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into the solution design
- Develop and maintain the overall architecture for Salesforce and CRM digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for Salesforce implementations.
- Creating comprehensive documentation of solution designs, including architecture diagrams and integration descriptions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on Salesforce and CRM strategies.
- Selecting appropriate technology stacks and platforms based on Enterprise Architecture governance policies.
- Validating governance policies against requirements and collaborating with Agricultural Solutions Enterprise Architecture for adjustments if necessary.
- Continuously reviewing existing solution designs for risks and vulnerabilities, and providing suggestions for mitigation.
Providing mentorship and guidance to product teams and IT Delivery Leads throughout the product lifecycle - Staying updated on changes in governance policies, as well as new technology offerings to our environment.
- Stay current with Salesforce advancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
What you'll need to succeed
- A Computer Science degree with additional education in IT/Digitalization.
- Experience in a minimum of two similar positions. Leadership experience within agile organizations.
- Project experience in Digital teams.
- Proficiency in conducting IT feasibility studies and expertise in process management and improvement.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
