Our client is a leading chemical manufacturing firm and they are looking to hire IT Change Managers for a full-time permanent opportunity.

Your new role

• Being responsible to manage change successfully in S4 HANA transformation or other digitalization projects with focus on people.
• Consulting projects in all aspects of change, communication and sustainable learning (with SAP Enable Now) in an agile working environment.
• Conducting IT change impact, and learning need analyses as well as derive fitting actions (e.g. change and communication plan, learning concept and curricula …)
• Developing and delivering change and communication materials using a variety of media and channels.
• Managing and coordinating the delivery of sustainable learning materials across all stakeholders
• Aligning your activities with both global and local teams, also on management level.
• Planning and coordinating tasks and work within time and budgetary requirements.
• Continuously develop innovative approaches in IT change, communication and learning in an agile environment
• Playing an active part in our global IT change, communication and learning community
• Liaising with 3rd party vendors and establish/maintain good working relationships

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree (bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent) in economics, social sciences, humanities, computer science or psychology.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Change Management, Communication, Learning in a multinational and multi-cultural organization.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Agile ways of working.
• Experience managing stakeholders, also on executive level.
• A structured, analytical approach and focus on quality.
• Experience in state-of-the-art Change Management, Communication and Learning methodologies and the willingness to further develop.
• Work experience with Agile Frameworks or Design Thinking.
• Highly motivation, dynamic, methodical, self-organized, enthusiastic, and able to manage projects and events.
• Team player, creative and motivation attitude, working style with a strong focus on people.
• Proficient knowledge in O365 tools.
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Previous experience around IT projects and especially SAP S/4 projects is a plus.
• Certification in agile frameworks or roles is beneficial.
• Experience with an Enterprise Learning Platform (e.g. SAP Enable Now) is nice to have.
