Your new role
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders as you identify, gather, analyze, and document user requirements from them.
- Effectively communicating and translating these requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria for the Product Team, while also supporting backlog management and the translation into technical specifications.
- Aligning user stories with expected product values and aligning
Use cases and personas with captured requirements. - Effectively communicating product scope and progress to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Participating in user research activities, such as surveys and interviews, to gather valuable user feedback while analyzing market trends and staying up-to-date both inside and outside of BASF to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
- Developing reports and presentations that effectively communicate insights to key stakeholders.
- Being responsible for creating communication materials, assisting with UAT testing plans/scripts, and analyzing product progress and KPIs to provide regular updates.
What you need to Succeed
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or further education in IT / Digitalization.
- Work experience within digital teams and jobs.
- Project experience.[GB1]
- Strong internal or external Stakeholder Management experience along with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience in agriculture is a plus.
