Our client, a leading global chemistry company across US, Canada, Asia and Europe, is going through a Digital Transformation. They are building a Digital Hub for the global business in Toronto city, therefore we are hiring multiple technology talents with ambition to join the digital hub. Your new role
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to solicit and document end-to-end business requirements including personas, process flows, data requirements and edge cases.
  • Aligning new requirements with team capacity, priorities, and report team performance to stakeholders.
  • Understanding and translating business requirements in order to effectively lead IT delivery.
  • Taking ownership of providing technical expertise, consultation, and guidance to the Product Team.
  • Understanding the technical requirements of deliverables and aligning them with the Solution Design/Architecture Diagram, collaborating with the Solution Architect as necessary.
  • Ensuring the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including developed code, stored in Azure DevOps.
  • Supporting the Product Team with technical troubleshooting for the smooth implementation and maintenance of the solution, collaborating with the development team.
  • Collecting feedback, address impediments, and advocate for process improvement, teamwork, and adherence to APB/I's ways of working to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitating productive team meetings, fostering equal participation through open communication to promote collaboration and innovation.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to ensure successful implementation, offering training or coaching for enhanced collaboration.
What you'll need to succeed
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent.[GB3]
  • Work experience within digital teams and jobs.
  • Experience in internal or external Stakeholder Management.
  • Extensive experience in end-to-end software development project leadership, architecture, and solutions.[GB4]
  • Leadership experience within agile organizations including facilitating agile ceremonies, project and capacity planning.[GB5]
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
